  • Galvanised and steel base frame with engineered lifting points
  • 19mm tongue & groove flooring
  • 2mm vinyl floor covering sealed with 150mm vinyl skirting
  • 50mm Bondor sandwich panel walls and ceiling construction. Other options available
  • 1.5 HP air-conditioner. General purpose buildings only
  • Twin led lights with guards. (2 minimum per 6m x 3m module)
  • 10 amp GPO’s
  • Switch board with RCD
  • Windows with security grills
  • Reinforced door with locking handle and lock box.

  • Any excessive damage to the buildings other than general ware and tare will be charged accordingly. 
  • The client is expected to keep the buildings clean and return undamaged and the end of the hire period. 
  • Standard cleaning charge of $100.00 applies for each building. 
  • Extra charges for cleaning will apply if the buildings are returned in a state not deemed suitable to re hire. 
  • The client will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment whilst the buildings are on site.
  • • Any ancillary items that are damaged, lost or stolen, a full replacement cost will be charged accordingly.
