  • Any excessive damage to the buildings other than general ware and tare will be charged accordingly.
  • The client is expected to keep the buildings clean and return undamaged and the end of the hire period.
  • Standard cleaning charge of $100.00 applies for each building.
  • Extra charges for cleaning will apply if the buildings are returned in a state not deemed suitable to re hire.
  • The client will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment whilst the buildings are on site.
  • Any ancillary items that are damaged, lost or stolen, a full replacement cost will be charged accordingly.
